Delivery details for artwork
Once you have ordered your Beth Horrocks design this will be printed and prepared for you. Each of Beth’s pieces are printed to order by professional printers. If you are buying framed artwork this will also be framed once printing is complete. More information on what materials are used in the printing process can be found on the product pages.
Framed prints and canvases are charged at £8.50
Cards are charged at £1.99
Packaging and timescales
Once printed your artwork will be safely packaged and posted to you. In instances where particularly large prints need to be shipped these may be shipped on A Frame pallets. Please note some orders can take up to 2 weeks, so if you have a special day that you don’t want to be late for, please check with Beth first that she can meet your deadline.
All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT and of delivery insurance with a value up to £1,000. Costs indicated here include delivery across England, Scotland and Wales. For other locations prices will be given on application.
All of Beth’s artwork is printed to order, meaning she will only create a piece from the selection available on her website if it has been specifically ordered or if she has received instructions for a commissioned piece.
We can only accept returns of items that have arrived damaged and you will be offered a replacement product to be sent to you immediately. To get in touch about processing a return for damaged artwork please get in touch via the Contact form so that Beth can help you further with this.
If you have ordered a product and would like to return this then please notify us within 30 days. We will be happy to exchange or refund any of your items - provided they are not printed to order artworks - that are still in the original packaging and unused. We will not be able to refund any postage and packaging costs you may have paid. Please include a note with your name and order number and retain proof of posting when returning your item to this address:
