North Wales artist Beth Horrocks uses her skills in graphic design to realise the majesty of the North Wales coastline and beyond, creating contemporary art that is truly original.

Her artwork captures the scenery of her locale, including the powerful and moving seascapes that are a major source of inspiration to her.

Beth principally creates designs that invoke the feeling and beauty of the landscape that is all around her. Endlessly moved by the ever-changing moods and patterns of the ocean, Beth’s work extends to recreations of coastlines she has visited all around the world, with the emotion and intensity of the waters portrayed in every one of her pieces.

Having worked in the traditional artistic mediums of pencils, paint and sketchbooks for years, Beth has since moved away from these tools to embrace a modern form of expression. Her collections of graphic design art are drawn with a graphic pen and tablet, allowing her to create instantly and organically to replicate the source of her inspiration in her own unique style.

Her seascapes evoke the sense of spirit unique to the coast, whilst her landscapes focus on the many layered majesties of life, from mountainous backdrops to the natural world all around us.
