Eglwys Cwyfan Canvas Print (Limited Edition)
“I was drawn to the serenity of sweet sherbet coloured skies and calm waters as dusk set in. I just love Cwyfan’s endearing medieval church in Llangadwaladr, it appears to be abandoned by the mainland that it was once a part of. The powerful eroding actions of the sea has left the little church stranded on its own island, in an oasis of isolated peace.” - Beth
A 12th Century church in Llangadwaladr on the Isle of Anglesey, Eglwys Cwyfan here takes centre stage in this Beth Horrocks’ drawing. The church itself stands alone on a tiny tidal island, surmounted by a grey and almost impenetrable sea wall, surrounded on all sides by the sea.
Eglwys Cwyfan can be purchased as a printed canvas in three different sizes, the dimensions for which you can find in the Dimensions and Details section on this page.
The XL AP otherwise known as the Artist Print, is unique as it's the only size which is produced using 7 inks as opposed to the standard 4, and is UV cured for extreme durability. Beth only ever produces one edition at this size, therefore there would only be one in the world.
You can also buy this design in three different sizes as a framed print, which is printed to order and hand-signed by Beth, just as her canvases are. Find the page for this here.
